In reference to fashion designs: Purchase a NDA to keep competitors that I design for, from using certain similarities after date signed, even though an agreement to not sue, may have already been signed.  (I’ve done this before under Etha International with no problems.)

*If an endorsement deal cannot be obtained, a portion of the funds or all of payment will be refunded. In the event, that ideas and designs are already given, only a small portion of funds will be returned, because you’ll still be able to resell them or obtain a deal on your own, using them (if paid for). Items are given at Chicks N Kicks LLC discretion. However, please contact before purchasing so Chicks N Kicks LLC can see if a deal can be extended first, then your payment will come out of the endorsement deal contract other company, instead. 
*Other cost are separate, and are paid for by purchaser.

*Songs, beats, lyrics, rights, royalties, ownership cannot be resold/given to Jay Z and affiliates, Monica, Nicki Minaj, nor other clients of Ms. Deb management. 
*Fashion Designs cannot be purchased by or for Fashion Nova, Jennifer Lopez, Donatella Versace, Gigi Hadid, or Kardashian/Jenner and affiliates (tv shows as well).
