One custom sneaker design sketch.
I have designed for multiple top brand sneaker and shoe companies, under name Etha with Etha International (based in London) without pay or credit given. Therefore Payment upfront. Price is non-negotiable.
9 times out of 10, one of your favorite sneakers, heels, boots were designed by me, including sneaker classics, retros, and luxury branded footwear. My designs have customers waiting in lines and selling out online. (Designing since the 90s).
*No refunds, minor adjustments might be honored only . 360 days for you to ask for editing,corrections ,and line filler changes.
*Do your own due diligence.
*Paid Upfront
*NO IDEAS WILL BE DISCUSSED/EXCHANGED UNTIL AFTER FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
* “Sign NDA” sold separately.
Purchase a NDA to keep competitors that I design for, from using certain similarities after date signed, even though an agreement to not sue, may have already been signed.   (I’ve done this before under Etha International with no problems.)
OTHERWISE
*Must be willing to sign agreement to pursue no legal actions against other companies/brands that I work(ed) for. 
24 HOURS TO SIGN AGREEMENT OR MONEY WILL BE SENT BACK.
*All  Confirmation will be through email through signed handwritten receipt/agreement from Chicks N Kicks LLC.’s owner and confirmed by phone call WITH OWNER of Chicks N Kicks LLC., Kiara Holmes. 
*IDEAS AREN’T DISCUSSED UNTIL AFTER PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED RECEIVED BY CHICKS N KICKS LLC. 
*Other cost are separate, and are paid for by purchaser.
This is your contract, print it. Sign it and email; work begins after payment is confirmed. Keep receipt. Purchase means you’ve read it and agree.
