Sign NDA

I’ll sign your NDA after reviewing it - response within a week. This option is for the benefit of the client. 
Covers music, movies, tv shows, stunt double, etc. for one person/artist (lifetime), unless mentioned that a certain product/service is excluded during inquiry for new deal for certain special circumstances. 
Covers work for one Fashion brand company only; work for models and personnels are separate.
(Does not apply to Tech design Inspo unless an “Exclude from patent” is purchased as well for each idea, if applicable. “Exclude from Patent” may be purchased independent of “Sign NDA”; this is just an extra layer of protection and benefit for client).

*All prior NDAs signed through Etha International are unenforceable. A minor cannot sign a contract and it be enforceable; a contract signed while under duress with threats made prior, physical assault made afterwards, and stolen work is unenforceable.
*If you want to claim writer/designer/inventor/composer rights on new products or services purchased through Chicks N Kicks LLC., without issuing royalties, a “Sign NDA” must be purchased unless given hand signed, written permission from Chicks N Kicks LLC’s owner. (This does not apply to songs created prior to signing NDA.)  All Confirmation will be through email through signed handwritten receipt/agreement from Chicks N Kicks LLC.’s owner and confirmed by phone call WITH OWNER of Chicks N Kicks LLC., Kiara Holmes (Q.O.D.).
