*Purchase if option states “script sold separate”, otherwise the price to cover a script is included but must be requested. 
*6 months from purchase date for completion. Plan ahead! (May or may not be completed sooner. No promises).
*Up to 6 months after completion to ask for editing of script. 
*No refunds once script is started.
*Must have already purchased a movie or show from Chicks N Kicks LLC. to receive a script for “that” piece of work.

*PAID UPFRONT; work begins AFTER payment confirmation is received by Chicks N Kicks LLC. 
*(IF) Any independent contractors work on scripts, they will sign an NDA stating that they are aware that they will be solely responsible if they disclose contents of the script, show, or movie prior to its release, therefore, releasing Chicks N Kicks LLC of any/all liabilities. “Purchaser” will be notified in writing if any independent contractor is subcontracted, and be allowed to decline this option. Purchasing this product means that “purchaser” and “all parties involved in the film, movie, show, etc.” understand and agree that Chicks N Kicks LLC nor it’s owner will be liable for any/all damages. Please consult an attorney or lawyer prior to purchase if necessary. 
(Independent Contractors are not employees). 
*Other cost are separate, and paid for by purchaser.
This is your contract, print it. Sign it and email; work begins after payment is confirmed. Keep receipt. Purchase means you’ve read it and agree.
