“Exclusive Rights” License for Beat

Want that awesome sound from a Chicks N Kicks LLC. engineered beat but are low on funds and can’t afford to purchase ownership rights, then lease an “Exclusive Rights” License for a beat engineered and owned by Chicks N Kicks LLC. Hold “Exclusive Rights” to leasing a beat, generate unlimited,  “for profit” rights while retaining 50% for publishing rights. Details are discussed in contract; negotiated terms are included in a “clause” or addendum.
