Exclude from Patent

Exclude Chicks N Kicks LLC from ONE patent design and/or idea. Must have permission first. Must be paid prior to or with design, idea, product, service, etc. 
(This isn’t needed if I already gave you permission to exclude from fashion designs (only).
This is mostly for TECH designs or unique fashion designs, products generating royalties, and things of that nature. Most but not all fashion designs like fabric prints and cuts, are excluded from having to pay, please inquire first.  All Confirmation will be through email through signed handwritten receipt/agreement from Chicks N Kicks LLC.’s Owner and confirmed by phone call WITH OWNER of Chicks N Kicks LLC., Kiara Holmes.
*A discount will be applied to certain patent ideas/designs automatically. So inquire first.
* CNK Tags are still required on fashion designs even if this option is purchased, unless told not necessary, confirmed through email by Owner of Chicks N Kicks LLC.

*This is your contract, print it. Sign it and email; work begins after payment is confirmed. Keep receipt. Your purchase means you’ve read and agree.
