Beat License Transfer - C

Transfer of beat license, rights, and royalties from current “Exclusive Rights” Leasee of a Chicks N Kicks LLC. owned beat, to a new leasee.
*Must get Chicks N Kicks LLC.’s written, signed, and verbal consent FIRST. The new leasee is responsible for paying the fee, and the old leasee is responsible for ensuring that the fee is paid and Chicks N Kicks LLC.’s verbal, written, and signed consent is given BEFORE transferring rights). 
(NOT NEEDED IF YOU PURCHASED “BEAT ENGINEERING”).
*Purchase ONLY if you are transferring an “EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS” Lease of a Chicks N Kicks LLC. owned and engineered beat, from the current leasee, to you, the new leasee.
*Payment plan available. 
*Wire Transfer only 
*Due your own due diligence. 
*If lyrics are already attached to the beat and  composition was completed by Chicks N Kicks LLC. DO NOT worry about purchasing a “Beat License Transfer - A or B”. 
*Production cost and other cost are separate, and are paid for by purchaser. 
Keep receipt. Purchase means you’ve read and agree to these terms.
Transfer Contract will be emailed. It needs to be signed and emailed back for beat to be sent. Addendum/Additional Contract will be provided when terms are negotiated. Consult lawyer/attorney before purchase, if necessary.

*Songs, beats, lyrics, rights, royalties, ownership cannot be resold/given to Jay Z and affiliates, Beyoncé, Chrisean Rock, Blueface Monica, Nicki Minaj, Neyo, Drake, Doja Cat, Ice Spice, K. Michelle, Dawn Richard, Coco Jones, Ashanti, nor other clients of Ms. Deb management.
