This is different than beat engineering, collabing, or remixing. This is you taking my ideas ONLY and creating a beat for yourself or using your own producer/engineer, using virtual videoconference or phone conference. I know what sounds good and am good at capturing what audiences like. I’ve helped create/remix many top beats under name “Etha” of Etha International based in London.
*Songs, beats, lyrics, rights, royalties, ownership cannot be resold/given to Jay Z and affiliates, Beyoncé, Rick Ross, Monica, Chrisean Rock, Blueface Nicki Minaj, Neyo, Cardi B., Drake, Doja Cat, Ice Spice, K. Michelle, Dawn Richard, Coco Jones, Ashanti, nor other clients of Ms. Deb management. 
*Virtual sessions
*Ask for discount if willing to share publishing rights/royalties on beat, otherwise no rights or royalties for CNK is necessary.
(Of course you can resale the beat for higher.)

This is your contract, print it. Addendum/Additional Contract will be provided when terms are negotiated. Keep receipt. Purchase means you’ve read it and agree.
